If you’ve been following me for any length of time, you’ve probably seen me mention my “online fitness programs”. Perhaps you’ve been interested but you weren’t really clear how it all works. Today, I want to explain what my services are and more specifically what my online fitness programs are all about and how they can help you reach YOUR fitness goals!
A Little Bit about Me
For those new to the blog, I want to give you a little bit of my history. I’ve been a personal trainer in Dallas, Texas for over 15 years. I received my certification from The Cooper Institute here in Dallas. I’ve trained and coached hundreds of women over that time. I train women exclusively. I’ve taught classes, small groups and now mostly one-on-one private training.
Early on in my career, I also competed in 3 NPC Figure competitions! I won my very first show in Oklahoma City and then went on to place 3rd in the second show and also won 1st & overall winner in my final show in Plano, Texas. This last one was a national qualifier and allowed me to move on to compete on the national level but I chose to stop there.
Helping other women become stronger, leaner, more confident versions of themselves is my passion. Everyone’s goals are different and I take a very customized approach to each person’s needs when coming up with a program for that particular client. I also realize now more than ever, how important it is to address any underlying emotional baggage someone may be carrying and how that can impact the ability to make positive changes.
Today’s women need a complete approach. We can no longer just address someone’s surface issues and expect long lasting results. It must include the mind, body AND spirit. I believe this approach sets me apart from the average trainer out there.
Anyone can put you through a workout, but do they know what to say to you when you’re feeling down, unmotivated or just aren’t sure why you can’t seem to break through. I have clients that have been with me 5, 7, even 10 years! By this point, they know how to workout but what keeps us together is the value I bring in being able to help them in other areas of their lives.
Online Fitness Programs
I realized early on in my career that private training sessions could be out of reach for many people. I wanted to come up with a way to share my knowledge and expertise with a wider audience. Also, I wanted a way for women who didn’t live in Dallas to still be able to benefit from my training. I’ve helped many women all over the country from the comfort of our computers and phones. Technology is a beautiful thing, isn’t it? It really is a win-win!
I started offering online training programs to women who wanted guidance and direction. I made it accessible for people who could follow a plan on their own but just needed some accountability.
My Current Programs
I currently have two online fitness programs available for immediate purchase. I have designed these to be sensible but effective plans. They each have a slightly different goal. - Daily exercise/stretching assignments (no gym required but you will need a set of 5-8 lb dumbbells)
- Daily eating guide with Shopping List (Not starvation, or anything weird. Just clean, whole food recommendations) Note, this particular plan is not vegan or vegetarian.

Private In-home Training
Last but not least, I offer private in-home personal training for ladies in the Lakewood, Lake Highlands, M Streets, or the Park Cities area of Dallas, Texas. My sessions are 1 hour and begin at $120 per session. Don’t want to deal with traffic? Baby taking a nap? The beauty of this service is that I come to you!
Your training includes:
- lifestyle assessment
- body-fat testing
- nutritional guidance
- before & after pictures
- and of course, an amazing kick-ass workout designed especially for you. Also, if you want to recruit a friend or two to train with you, the more the merrier! Just ask about my small group discounts.
My clients’ well being is my number 1 priority. They have access to me via text, phone or email pretty much round the clock. Except when I’m sleeping! They all know I go to bed with the chickens because I have clients at 5:30 am! Their goals are my goals. Their success is my success. I take my responsibility for these girls very seriously. I show up on time and I don’t cancel.
