The BIKINI BODY BOOT CAMP 2 WEEK PROGRAM includes the following:
- Daily Meal Plan – This meal plan is designed to be super effective and also delicious. This is not about starvation but about clean, whole food. Every day will be a different, simple to prepare, eating plan. Plan will include 3 MAIN meals and 2 SNACKS. I believe in simplicity with food and I’ve designed this plan to be easy to incorporate into your life without needing a ton of ingredients. (Please note: this particular plan is not vegan or vegetarian). If there are items on the plan that you don’t like or can’t have due to allergy, I will come up with substitutions for you.
- Daily Exercise Assignments – You will be given a daily workout assignment for each day of the week. It will start out at a steady pace and then I really ramp up the intensity into the second week. It will include a CARDIO component and also STRENGTH body weight exercises. (Note: a gym is NOT required to perform these exercises) You will need a set of 5 to 8 lb dumbbells.
- My Guidance Throughout the ENTIRE 2 Week Period – This is where you really will get your money’s worth! I will be cheering you on the entire time. I will be holding you ACCOUNTABLE! You will have direct communication with me as needed. This special personal touch is what really sets my programs apart.
