I’ve been a Master Personal Trainer in Dallas, Texas for over 15 years. I’ve trained women of all shapes, sizes and ages. My background includes being an athlete in high school and also participating and winning 3 NPC Figure Competitions. So I know what it takes to TRANSFORM a woman’s body! SKINNY JEANS BOOT CAMP 2 WEEK PROGRAM
includes the following:
Daily Meal Plan
This meal plan is designed to be super effective and also delicious. This is not about starvation but about clean, whole food. Every day will be a different, simple to prepare, eating plan.
The plan will include 3 MAIN meals and 2 SNACKS. I believe in simplicity with food and I’ve designed this plan to be easy to incorporate into your life without needing a ton of ingredients. (Please note: this particular plan is not vegan or vegetarian). If there are items on the plan that you don’t like or can’t have due to allergy, I will come up with substitutions for you.
I always advocate getting the highest quality food that you can while doing this program. This means I encourage you to buy organic, grass-fed, pastured raised, etc. while on the plan. This way you’re giving yourself the highest chance for success and well being.
Daily Exercise Assignments
You will be given a daily workout assignment for each day of the week. It will start out at a steady pace and then I really ramp up the intensity into the second week. It will include a CARDIO component and also STRENGTH body weight component. You will know EXACTLY what to do each day. These workouts are specially designed to:
- SHAPE, TONE and STRENGTHEN your ENTIRE body!
(Note: a gym is NOT required to perform these exercises) You will need a set of 5 to 8 lb dumbbells.
My Guidance Throughout the ENTIRE 2 Week Period
This is where you really will get your money’s worth! I will be cheering you on the entire time. I will be holding you ACCOUNTABLE! You will have direct communication with me as needed.
