Angie’s 2 week Bikini Boot Camp got me back on track with eating healthy and exercising! She really thought of everything with this program that made it easy to do.
Angie worked with me on meal planning and changing a few things around for me. The shopping list was such a help for me as well, I could just grab and go! This program provided easy and delicious meal options for 2 whole weeks, I actually ate better and wasn’t hungry like before the program.
Having a daily exercise with different options also made it fun! Angie also has the best tips to help you along the way, she always checks in and motivates you. After a week in, I was down 4 lbs and then another 4 lbs the next week! I enjoyed this program so much, I have implemented the recipes and kept up with the daily exercises.
